I'm the founder of Geekflare, and today I'm very pleased to launch Geekflare Connect, a BYOK AI platform to reduce your AI costs without sacrificing power.
Why did we build Geekflare Connect?
At Geekflare, we had tons of reimbursement claims from our team members for individual subscriptions like Gemini Pro and ChatGPT Plus. Everyone needed access to multiple models for different tasks, but the bills were stacking up, and most importantly, I was unsure how everyone was using them.
I knew there had to be a better way. Why pay per person?
We explored the available solutions and found they were either great for personal use or very expensive for teams.
AI shouldn't be expensive!
That's how we came up with the idea for Geekflare Connect, where you can plug in your own API keys (BYOK approach) and let your whole team collaborate while chatting with 40+ AI models.

We didn't want to build just a chat client, but something more robust that we could use internally, and other businesses would love. Some of our business-friendly features include:

Web Search - get real-time data from the Internet by integrating Exa, Parallel, and Firecrawl.

Prompts - create and share them with your entire team.
Multi-Chat Model - compare AI responses side-by-side.
Chat Sharing - For client projects? Share your conversations as read-only with them.

Chat Client - a clutter-free interface to chat, generate Mermaid diagrams, code, use LaTeX, and do anything you can imagine.

Team Size: Same 5 people
Token Usage: Leverages 2 million "lite" LLM tokens (e.g., cost-effective models like Gemini 2.5 Flash Lite, Grok 4 Fast, etc.) + 2 million "pro" LLM tokens (e.g., GPT-5, Gemini 2.5 Pro for high-quality outputs).
Estimated Token Costs (based on standard API rates):
- Lite tokens: ~$0.50 per 1M tokens → 5M tokens = $2.5
- Pro tokens: ~$11 per 1M tokens → 1.5M tokens = $16.50
Total API cost: $18.75/month
Platform Cost: $16.50/month for up to 5 people
