Hi Product Hunt! 👋 I'm excited to share GearFlow with you! I built GearFlow after repeatedly running into the same problem: gear lists were scattered across spreadsheets, notes, and group chats. It was difficult to know what had been packed, where equipment was supposed to go, and who was responsible for each item. Instead of creating another simple checklist app, I wanted to build something that reflects how teams actually prepare for productions, events, and outdoor trips. GearFlow lets you organize equipment by activity and location, assign items to specific vehicles, share progress with your team, and keep everyone on the same page through cloud sync.
