What is GatherHQ?

We are building a Continuous Customer Intelligence Platform for each brand, so they can power their customer decisions with conviction.
Today this is done in large part with primary research. But primary research is hard to design, expensive to field, and slow enough that the answer often lands after the decision is made. That's the constraint we built against.
Gather makes it dead easy. Customers describe their questions in plain english and we build a research-grade guide, screeners and quotas included, reviewed by our CS team of researchers before its fielded. Customers then pick their exact audience from a 65 million person panel, down to category behavior and purchase recency. Gather's AI runs the interviews with real people, with adaptive planning to probe what they just said, so customers get the what (number) and the why (reason). A focus group at the scale of a survey, back in just days, not months.
And each interview compounds. Every answer builds a company-specific Customer Intelligence. In auto-mode, the platform also autonomously fills data gaps by running the research needed, and keeps training as markets shift, personas change, and budgets vary.
With this CIM, enterprises get one shared customer truth across teams, access to Synthetic Customer Personas that they can use to test messaging, ads, prioritize roadmaps, and more, and finally even on-brand creatives powered by Voice of Customer (not AI slop) they can use to drive revenue.
