This looks sad and creepy, because the character is female - its anime look is I guess attractive in Japan. That suggests some kind of romance between owner and the AI. Also the whole atmosphere in the video, with the music and all is a little forever-alony. Reminds me of Alexa in Mr Robot.
But replace her with a lifelike, fun character, like your avatar from a favorite game or Jarvis, or Alfred, Jor-El, etc. - something we can relate to, and it doesn't suggest we have nobody else to talk to.
I would like an "Improved Siri" that would improvise its interactions, so it wouldn't feel so much like talking to computer. You know - "how's the weather" - "really cold, planning to go out, master?"
We're getting there.
Already lot of people are saying, we are disconnecting from humans each others with just mobile. And such Virtual's make more of that, I am not against tech but future is looking like that. What do you say ?? All Round this is a great product and would like to use it with limits.
