After spending months trying to start m own clothing brand but wanting to ensure all products were made in Europe, I realised there was a massive barrier for smaller brands when trying to actually find suitable manufacturers. Most manufacturers in Europe (especially Portugal) do not have operating websites or their websites are so old that they are 20+ pages deep on Google. I had always thought that it would be great if there was an easy to navigate database which contained a list of manufacturers that I could use to identify manufacturer suitable for the products I required and that is where Garment Circle was born.
