Gamma Founder (Private) Limited is a technology-focused venture builder in Pakistan, building and scaling digital platforms in eCommerce, marketplaces, and gaming.
👋 Hello Product Hunt!
I'm Ayub Khan, Founder & CEO of Gamma Founder.
Gamma Founder was inspired by a simple question: Why should great startup ideas fail because founders lack the resources, technical expertise, or support to build them?
After building products and learning from real-world startup challenges, I realized that many entrepreneurs face the same problems—turning ideas into scalable businesses. That's why I created Gamma Founder: a venture builder focused on creating AI products, SaaS platforms, online marketplaces, and technology companies that solve meaningful problems.
Our vision is long-term. We want to build products that help businesses grow, empower entrepreneurs, and demonstrate that globally competitive technology companies can be built from Pakistan.
This launch is just the beginning. We'll continue improving, launching new products, and learning from the community.
I'd genuinely appreciate your feedback:
• What would you like to see from a venture builder like Gamma Founder?
• Which problems do you think deserve more attention?
• What features or products would be most valuable to founders and businesses?
Thank you for checking out Gamma Founder and for being part of our journey. 🚀

How do you decide which ideas to incubate internally versus partnering with outside founders, and what does the equity split usually look like for those co-build ventures?
At this stage, we prioritize ideas based on three main factors: real market demand, long-term scalability, and whether the problem aligns with our mission of building impactful technology companies.
For internal incubation, we typically focus on ideas that originate within Gamma Founder or closely align with our long-term vision. For external founders, we're interested in partnering with entrepreneurs who bring strong domain expertise and commitment, while we contribute product strategy, technology, execution, and growth support.
Regarding equity, we don't have a fixed percentage because every venture is different. We believe equity should reflect the value each party contributes, so we prefer a flexible, case-by-case approach that creates a fair long-term partnership.
As Gamma Founder evolves, we'll be publishing more details about our venture-building model and collaboration framework. Thanks again for raising such an important topic!

Since you're a venture builder, it would be really helpful to see a public portfolio page or quarterly updates on the startups you're backing. Founders in Pakistan often struggle to find visibility for their projects, and showing real traction numbers or even case studies would build a lot of trust with potential co-founders and investors landing on your site.
