GamePulse is an esports analytics platform built to replace spreadsheets with structured, insight-driven performance analysis. It helps coaches and analysts move beyond raw stats to understand what drives performance. Teams can track matches, analyze performance through a funnel (Performance → Deep Dive), identify key issues, evaluate players by roles, and export reports. OCR-based stat extraction is in progress.

Hey everyone, I built GamePulse after realizing something simple esports teams collect a lot of data but don’t really use it effectively. Most teams still rely on spreadsheets, and while they help track data, they don’t actually drive decisions. So I wanted to test a different approach: What if match data could directly guide coaching decisions? GamePulse is my attempt at that turning raw stats into: • Clear performance breakdowns • Player-level insights • Actionable next steps Also, I’m not a developer; I’m a Product Manager. This was built as a prototype to validate how faster prototyping can lead to clearer products and quicker development cycles. Instead of just writing PRDs, I believe in: Think → Prototype → Validate → Iterate Built this in ~3–4 days using AI tools.
