Hi Product Hunt 👋 I’m Zack, co-founder of Gaapio. Gaapio came from a problem I experienced firsthand while working in technical accounting. Teams spend an enormous amount of time researching guidance, analyzing contracts, and writing documentation for areas like revenue recognition, leases, business combinations, and stock compensation. The work is critical, but much of the process is slow and repetitive. We built Gaapio to bring AI into those workflows in a way that actually makes sense for accountants. The platform helps teams analyze contracts, perform deep accounting research, and generate technical accounting memos and disclosures while keeping CPA judgment at the center. Our goal isn’t to replace accountants — it’s to help them move faster on the parts of the job that slow them down so they can focus on the decisions that require real expertise.
