I've been using FuseBase (formerly Nimbus) for more than 4 years now, and I really like it. It's not just a note-taking app, it can do a lot more. I use it to make simple web pages and share them with my students and friends as how-to guides. I'm now trying to use it as a dashboard for my projects. FuseBase is a great product that keeps getting better. The team is also very nice and helpful. All in all, it's a smart and flexible app for one's work and life.
Great work keep going another great project thanks for the team
Operational metrics improve thanks to team user and document interfaces that dramatically facilitate workflow.
I have been using this software since 2020 (when it was Nimbus Note). At first, I bought it as an Evernote Replacement. The ease of use allowed me to use it more than I ever used Evernote. The more I used it, the more uses I have found for it. It is FEATURE PACKED and keeps growing! Now, with Fusebase, I have 4 separate organizations/accounts (which I can switch back and forth from with ease). This helps me keep all my workspaces even more organized to those organizations. I use Fusebase to make Public User Guides for sites (I can produce those lightening quick where, in the past, it would take for ever and was always a chore), Project Overviews/Details, Development Notes, Shopping Lists, and more. This is one of the few tools I can honestly say I use every single day, and multiple times a day. I love being able to create a note and share it with a link with ease (it is actually easier/quicker for me than using Google Drive which I also use). The fact that it comes with the web clipper/recorder makes this even better. I am constantly using both of those!!! I hope those continue to be developed and offered with Fusebase as they are invaluable! I am excited to delve into the Client Portals Feature and continue to explore what other exciting features Fusebase offers! I highly recommend checking it out!
There have been a couple of times that I had questions and needed to reach out to support. They have always been very quick to reply and help out!
Constructively, notes that are pretty long or have a lot of graphics/elements do take a bit of time to load. It would be great if this would be sped up - perhaps using lazy loading or delayed loading would help.
Future hopes: Definitely would want to make sure the "notes" still retain the same (and greater) flexibility. I would love to have integrated placeholders that could be used when building out a note. Ability to customize the sort order of our workspaces and folders/subfolders would also be a great help. The current Branding options are great, but the more options for branding the better! Tables are great, but more options would be helpful, every now and again they are a bit "buggy" for me. I haven't tried in awhile, but I know being able to add a pic to a cell was missing since last time I tried, and I would love that feature.
I use the platform on a daily basis.
Still love to use the Nimbus web. Highly recommended.
