The idea of creating a bot The idea of the bot came from a personal problem of sellers on FunPay: in order to keep the store active, respond to customers, monitor orders and manage goods, you have to constantly keep the browser and computer turned on. Many important actions are performed manually and take a lot of time. I decided to create a bot that will transfer the main functions of the seller to Telegram and will work around the clock. Now the bot combines more than 30 functions and automatic modules: it automatically picks up goods, tracks messages, orders and reviews, sends notifications, helps respond to customers using AI, manages lots, supports auto-delivery, antispam, blacklist, coupons, competitor monitoring and much more. The main goal of the project is to make a convenient assistant for sellers, which reduces the number of routine actions, helps not to miss important events and allows you to manage the store even without constantly being at the computer.
