Pros:Access to an investment class typically reserved for the super rich and powerful.
Cons:Not as liquid, but the risk is low and returns are high.
The app is a great, convenient partner to the already-beautifully designed full web page. I’ve been with Fundrise just over a year, and am very happy with them rounding out my overall portfolio. The transparency they provide into the underlying holdings really shows their commitment to their investors.
