Your Shopify customers make mistakes after checkout. Wrong address, wrong size, wrong quantity. Instead of emailing support and waiting for a reply, shoppers can fix orders themselves from the Thank you and Order status pages. Merchants control which edit types are allowed and set a time window for how long orders stay editable. Every edit/cancellation is logged in the dashboard.
