How does the per-file limit actually work if someone buys the same product twice, do those counts stack or reset somehow?
@cengiz9uda Great question. Neither stacks nor resets: every order is fully independent. Buy the same product twice and you get two separate delivery emails, each with its own download page and its own fresh set of per-file limits. So the second purchase never eats into the first one's budget, and the first one's history never shrinks what the second purchase gets. Each order stands alone, which also keeps things clean for refunds: revoking one order's access never touches the other. If you want to see it, the whole flow is on a real store in about five minutes with the free plan.
The per-file download limit instead of per-order is a really thoughtful call. Anyone who has shipped a bundle pack knows how frustrating it is when a customer hits the wall on their second download attempt.
@miraerbasxrkm Thank you Miraç, that second-download wall is exactly the moment that made me build this. The limit exists to stop abuse, not to punish someone for owning a phone and a laptop. Per-file budgets fix it: re-downloading your ebook never burns access to the bonus files. And a couple of details that pair with it: audio previews stream free without counting as downloads, and expired links renew themselves right on the download page, so the "can I get my files again?" ticket mostly stops existing. Appreciate you taking the time to say it landed.
