Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Stan, a solo dev, and I’m super excited to share Frugal Fans with you today. The Origin Story 💡 I didn't actually start out trying to build a creator economy tool. My real motivation was to put the newest wave of GenAI coding tools to test to see if they could actually help me ship a full SaaS from scratch. While looking for a project idea, I stumbled across some crazy stats about how massive the digital subscription economy has become. It hit me: Amazon has Keepa to track price drops, but there is nothing like that for fans who want to catch 24-hour creator flash sales or weekend promos. So, I decided to build it. How it works ⚙️ Drop a creator's profile URL into your dashboard. Choose your tracking frequency (up to hourly checks on the top tier). Let the engine run. We regularly sweep for price drops in the background and fire off an email alert when we spot a limited-time promo during our checks. Still, I would absolutely love the PH community's feedback on: The onboarding flow: Is it intuitive enough for non-technical users? The pricing model: Powered by Whop. Platform integrations: Right now, the service supports tracking creators on the biggest adult creator platform out there 😉, but I am wide open to suggestions which platforms to integrate next (not necessarily adult sites, any subscription platform is on the table!).
