Frotomica is Africa's leading emergency response and safety super-app with 333+ protocols, AI guidance, telehealth, voice SOS, and real-time emergency services across 195+ countries.
333+ protocols + AI guidance sounds amazing… how do you keep those protocols accurate per country and updated (esp. meds/legal stuff)? Also when someone hits voice SOS, are you routing to local emergency numbers or your own partners/dispatch?

Great question. Accuracy and locality are non-negotiable for us.
Protocols: We use a layered system global evidence-based standards (WHO/Red Cross) + country-specific rules (legal, meds, emergency norms).
AI guidance is geo-aware, versioned, and updated through continuous reviews, local advisories, and partner inputs. High-risk medical/legal actions are always framed as guidance, not diagnosis.
Voice SOS: When activated, Frotomica prioritizes local emergency numbers (e.g. 112/911/999) based on the user’s country. Where available, we also notify trusted contacts or approved partners. We don’t replace public emergency services, we bridge users to them faster.
