Hey Product Hunters 👋 I'm Guillaume. I'm not a sales team — I'm one guy who cold-calls small businesses to sell them websites. For months I ran my calling days out of a spreadsheet. It worked until it didn't. I'd lose my place in the list, forget callbacks I'd promised, and have no real idea whether Tuesday mornings beat Thursday afternoons. So I tried actual CRMs. Every one was built for a sales manager watching a team: pipelines to configure, seats to buy, dashboards I'd never open. I just wanted the next number on screen and meaningful analytics.. Frontcall is what I built for myself. 50 calls later, it's the only tab open on a calling day. The loop: import a CSV → "Start my day" builds an ordered plan (overdue callbacks first, then follow-ups, then fresh calls) → one lead fills the screen → tap to call, one key to log the outcome, next lead loads. Callbacks and follow-ups come back on their own. Then it shows what a spreadsheet never will: your yes-rate, your best hour to call, and what an average dial is worth in €. That number changed how I feel about hearing "no" — it's not a failure anymore, it's a paid step toward the next yes. Straight about what it isn't: no dialer, no VoIP (it opens a tel: link, you call from your own phone), no team features, no lead database. One solo caller. Solo caller already tracks 100 dials a day in spreedsheet without friction. Real pain not managing "pipeline", is carrier spam tags killing pickup rate before anyone answers). So you fix workflow when real barrier is connection

@konstantin_tikhaev You're right that connection is the harder problem. If nobody picks up, the tidiest pipeline in the world is worthless.

But Frontcall has no dialer. It opens a tel: link and you call from your own mobile, your own number. Spam tags

hit VoIP setups rotating DIDs — exactly the thing I don't do. If you're getting flagged, that's a telephony

problem, and honestly no CRM fixes it.

I'd also flip your last line. A bad pickup rate makes workflow matter more, not less. When it's 1 in 12, you're doing a lot more dials between conversations — which is exactly when forgetting a callback or dialing at the wrong hour costs you most.

Where you're right and I'm not: I track every unanswered call but never surface connection rate as a metric. I should. Thanks for that.

And if your spreadsheet still works at 100 dials a day, you're honestly not who I built this for. Mine stopped working. That's the whole origin story

@guillamaury I missed that you trigger calls on native mobile. Dodging the VoIP "spam" flags changes the equation. Reducing the friction across dozens of unanswered dials is where the acutal time save happens.
