Frogi locks the apps you overuse and only lets them go once you complete a mission: push-ups, squats, a walk and more. Pick the apps that eat your day, like Instagram or TikTok, then set a daily limit and choose your missions. Go over the limit and Frogi, a little green frog, catches the app.

Hey PH π we're back! Flower Execution's newest app just landed, and it eats other apps.
Yep, you read that right. It literally eats them. Let me explain where it all started.
Instagram was my problem. I'd set a blocker on it, feel good about it, and get around it the same evening. Every blocker I tried lasted about a day. The ones that only nag are worse, you learn to tap past the warning without reading it.
I got tired of apps eating my day. So I figured, fight fire with fire: get something that eats the apps first. That's how Frogi happened. Hard to cheat, and fun to live with.
You pick an app and give it a daily limit. Go over and Frogi catches it. The app is actually locked, and to get it back you have to do some missions (push-ups, squats, walk it off).
Which app would you feed him first?
Worst case I keep using my phone too much... but at least I'll be shredded πͺ
Hey PH! Facu here, I do growth at Flower Execution. I've got some bad news and some good news about the push-ups.
Bad news first: you can't cheat them. I tried. Half reps and little knee bends on squats don't count. Frogi watches your whole body and only counts the real ones.
Good news: the camera is only on while you do them. It counts on your phone, records nothing, and saves nothing.
Your secret half push-ups stay between you and Frogi πΈ
Hi everybody!Β
Fun fact: Frogi has moods. He watches you, panics, looks smug, falls asleep... never mad though, just a little disappointed...
My favorite part is the end of the week, when he shows you how much time you won back and how many squats you did.Β
Which app are you feeding him first? πΈΒ
Mine was Instagram
This is a genius way to stay active! Turning screen time limits into push-ups and squats is exactly the motivation I needed to keep my daily habits in check.
