I’m very excited to share my project with you today. This app was built to give more independence to blind and visually impaired people when navigating their homes or the streets.
I built this project entirely inside Replit, using a Gemini prompt to help structure the initial code and logic. I wanted to create something that works even in the dark, combining AI vision with smart device controls like the flashlight and voice guidance.
Since the app is currently in a private demo phase, I've uploaded a full video demonstration showing exactly how it works in real-time. I would absolutely love to hear your feedback, thoughts, and ideas!
