I built FridgeMuse after repeatedly staring at a half-full fridge, wasting time and ingredients because I couldn’t decide what to cook. I wanted a way to turn “random stuff in the fridge” into practical, exciting meals without food waste or endless scrolling. That led to three recipe modes: truly new AI-invented dishes, classic global recipes, and Indian “Desi Twists” tailored to what people actually have at home. Along the way, I realized decisions don’t stop at recipes, so I added My Fridge, Shopping List, spice and diet preferences, Hindi support, and cloud sync. The product evolved from a simple “scan and get recipes” idea into a full cooking companion that fits real, everyday kitchen behavior.
