Estimate your body fat percentage using Navy, Army, or BMI-based methods. Compare all three results side by side, view an average estimate, and see your estimated fat mass, lean mass, and fitness category. The calculator supports metric and imperial units, provides measurement guidance, and works free without registration. Results are estimates and not medical advice.

We created the FreeWWW Body Fat Calculator because body weight and BMI alone do not always provide a complete picture of fitness progress. Many existing calculators also rely on only one formula, which can produce different results depending on a person’s measurements and body composition.
We began with the Navy circumference method and expanded the tool to include Army and BMI-based calculations. We then added a comparison mode so users can view all three estimates side by side and get a more balanced overview.
Our goal is to make body composition tracking simple, accessible, and free without requiring specialized equipment or registration. These results are estimates, so professional measurement methods should be used when medical accuracy is required.

Would love to see a body fat trend tracker that stores your previous measurements so you can see changes over time. Even just local storage or optional cloud sync would make it way more useful than a one-off calculation.

Would love to see a way to log my measurements over time and view a simple chart of how my body fat estimate is trending, would make it way more useful for actually tracking progress.

super handy tool, thanks for putting it out. one idea if you're open to it: adding a visual chart showing where each estimate falls on a body fat category scale would make the side by side comparison way easier to understand at a glance.
