Hey Product Hunt 👋 I’m Lihong, cofounder of Freeport. We were part of YC’s Fall 2025 batch.
I used to trade options at Jane Street and IMC. On a trading desk, you have analysts, live news, and people constantly connecting what’s happening to the markets you trade.
Trading my personal account felt very different. I was trying to follow everything myself, missing developments, and jumping between news feeds and trading apps. Having an opinion was easy; keeping up with the context was harder.
That’s part of what led me to build Freeport. We bring market news, AI-generated analysis, copy trading, and access to global markets into one app. You can follow sources you trust, explore the markets a story could affect, and find traders whose strategies you want to follow or copy.
The goal comes from that personal frustration: make it easier to stay informed and act on your own view.
