A free, printable visitor sign-in template for construction sites, warehouses, and manufacturing. OSHA and NR18 compliant.
Really useful template, especially having the OSHA and NR18 compliance baked in. One thing that would make it even better is adding a bilingual version with Spanish labels, since a lot of construction crews I work with have Spanish-speaking contractors and that would make sign-in way smoother at the gate.
It would be great if you added a QR code field on the template so visitors can quickly scan and fill in their details on a phone before printing or signing. Would speed up the morning rush at busy sites.
Love that you included the OSHA and NR18 compliance notes right on the template, honestly saves a lot of guesswork for site supervisors. Clean layout too, very practical.
