@rkhkim2010 congratulations for the launch of the product! As a person who have gone through some itsy bitsy legal routes of immigration in the states, especially for founders, this service does give a more transparent route for those who want to start in the US. As the startup visa is (kinda) dead, the only way a startup founder could continue working would be with a H1B (which is capped), treaty visas or O-1. It would be a cool thing if you could expand your service more by collaborating with US unis to provide uncapped H1Bs.
@dendisuhubdy Thank you very much for your kind words! I will do my best in the future to make the process or the system better as much as I can do. This immigration issue deeply touches me and we can move forward by having a lot of people trying to solve the issue.
@sadokx Thank you for stopping by! If you are a designer, you want to take a look at the O-1B visa. More information on this visa can be found here (https://www.uscis.gov/working-un...). Thank you very much!
@vietnguyen Thank you for your interest in FoundVisa! We are starting with the O-1 visa but we are definitely planning to expand to EB-1 in the future.
@vietnguyen Thank you for using our service! We will do our best to process your application.

@rkhkim2010 Ryan, I don't just wantpre-screening, I wanted to apply to O-1 via FoundVisa also. That's why I started applying. Will you help me with your private beta O-1?
@jelmt Thank you for your interest in FoundVisa! We acknowledge that they are very similar in many ways. EB-1 is definitely in our list of visas to be covered in the future.
@varun_mjn The O-1 visa has two sub visas: the O-1A for science, business, education and the O-1B for entertainment. Depends on what your profession is, the visa you apply for will be different!

@rkhkim2010 I am educated as a dentist, now working on my healthtech startup. Will give your service a try, sounds really helpful.
@varun_mjn Sounds great! Look forward to receive your application soon!

I'm surprised no one has asked the (arguably) most important question: what is the track record of FoundVisa customers getting their O1 approved (for the various stages of service you offer) and what are their backgrounds (case studies) ?
Because let's be fair - it's not about the marginal cost saving but about having a higher chance of acceptance.

Hey there, Here is a blog that says how to register a start up in Delaware with less than 150$. It is very simple & easy. Hope it could be of some help!

O1 visas normally cost $5000-$10,000 in lawyer fees. This startup that launched today claims that they can help you for just $169 using an online solution.
for some context: I previously was on an O1 visa (before getting my green card), so have done quite a lot of research into this space.
