Hey Product Hunt! 👋 I’m Rahul, the maker of Founder's Cadence. A few months ago, I was working 12-hour days but felt like I was shipping absolutely nothing. I decided to run a brutal time audit on myself for 14 days and discovered the "18% Problem": I was only doing real, deep work 18% of the time.
