We built Forsa Connect to make it easier for startups and small teams to hire real talent from Egypt and the Arab region—without agencies, inflated fees, or complicated tools. Egypt has a large pool of highly educated, English-speaking professionals across tech, design, operations, and customer support, and we wanted to make that talent directly accessible to global employers. Great job team! The Egyptian freelance market is booming and this is a simple/no nonsense way to receive interested applicants for your project/role. I also totally agree the Egyptian talent market is underrated. I’ve worked with a few freelancers from Egypt that spoke fluent English and are highly competent. Also, the USD/EGP exchange rate is favorable to US employers right now!

A lot of people don’t realize that paying freelancers internationally is actually very straightforward—and for non-US citizens, there’s typically no tax withholding required by the client.
