Check SurveyJS, REDCap, and FHIR Questionnaires for unreachable questions and broken references. FormPath runs in your browser and returns a working answer, a proof where supported, or an explicit limit. Supported SurveyJS forms also get hidden-answer checks.
Hi Product Hunt—
I built FormPath around a simple failure mode: a form can be valid JSON, load normally, and still contain a conditional question that nobody can ever see.
Paste or drop a SurveyJS definition, REDCap Data Dictionary CSV, or FHIR Questionnaire. The analysis stays in your browser. FormPath returns a working answer state, a finite proof for supported impossible logic, or an explicit review result when it cannot answer safely. REDCap and FHIR conclusions are clearly labeled as translated-model evidence rather than native-runtime confirmation.
In a deliberately assembled July 2026 review of 64 public-source artifacts, FormPath recorded four supported defect shapes affecting seven files. That is a validation record, not a prevalence estimate. The clearest example was a SurveyJS mortgage rule that compared the literal text “property-use” instead of reading the answer—and also misspelled “residential”—so the question could never appear.
FormPath is a free public beta. I’d especially value feedback on the evidence labels, report usability, and which form systems or failure modes should come next.
