This product is perfect for both the foodie, and the person just looking for some good eats. There are a lot of the apps in this space these days, but absolutely none of them are like Forkist. Think Instagram meets Grubhub, but somehow better. I was salivating within the first few seconds of scrolling, not just from the near professional quality of the pictures of the actual food, but also from the quality of the descriptions and reviews, that made the restaurant selections on the app seem like an oasis amidst the barren desert of food selections on other apps, which let’s face it, are all designed to look and act the same. If you have gotten this far in the review without downloading the app, you are clearly doing something wrong, and you need to stop now, and download it. Feel free to thank me later. Hey their fellow makers and product hunters! Our team and myself are excited to officially be launching our food-focused social network, Forkist! We're a group of 7 friends who wanted to come up with a way to connect with each other and friends to share where we've been eating, an easy way to find new spots and our restaurant recommendations. Forkist is what produly came out of this! Every post a user makes is also a restaurant review and shows up on your social feed as well as automatically added to that restaurants Forkist profile. This allows you to see where your network is eating, what they think of a specific restaurant but also lets you view the collective opinions of everyone on Forkist for a particular restaurant. We've taken the "review first, social second" structure most rating and review sites use and flipped it on its head focusing on the social aspects first! We'd love for you to check it out, and welcome any and all feedback you may have! We've gotten this far because of the feedback our early users have provided and value our communities opinion!
