Hey Product Hunt! 👋 Most "free" diet plan tools ask for your age, weight, health goals, and food preferences — then send all of it to a server before showing you anything. That felt like a strange amount of trust to ask for over what to eat this week. So I built Nutrition Studio: everything runs client-side using the Mifflin-St Jeor equation, and your plan only ever lives in your browser's local storage. Clear your browser data and it's gone — there's nowhere else to delete it from. The part I'm most proud of is the Smart Replacement Engine — exclude a food (say, chicken) and instead of leaving a gap, it suggests nutritionally similar swaps (paneer, tofu, tempeh, eggs) matched on calories, protein, carbs, and fat.
