See which muscles are ready, what to lift next, and when to take a lighter week. FORCE uses your logged sets to guide weight, reps and rest, with programs that adapt to your recovery. Apple Watch detects supported exercises and counts reps; you review each set before logging it. Track strength progress, meals, macros, cardio, body measurements, sleep and heart rate together. For iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, with optional Apple Health sync.

Hi, I'm Emre, the maker of FORCE.
You finish a set. Should the next one use more weight, fewer reps, or a longer rest? FORCE uses the sets you log to suggest the next step, while keeping your previous numbers close by.
The same training log drives recovery and planning. See which muscles are ready, follow a program that adapts to recovery, and prepare a lighter week when lifts stall. As enough history builds up, FORCE learns the recovery level at which you maintain your strength.
Apple Watch detects supported exercises and counts reps. Review the exercise, weight and reps, then confirm the set from your wrist.
Training progress, meals, macros, cardio, body measurements, sleep and heart rate sit in the same app. Apple Health sync is optional. FORCE supports iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch, in English, German and Turkish.
Try it during a workout and tell me where a suggestion needs more context. I'm especially interested in next-set coaching and Watch tracking.
