As an engineer, I kept asking: why does every nutrition app give the same generic calorie data to everyone? A 23-year-old gym-goer and a 55-year-old managing diabetes should NOT be getting the same food advice. So I spent the last few months building FoodTrack — an app that gives every food a personalized score from 0 to 100 based on YOUR health conditions, goals, and body. Not the average person's. Yours. The hardest part was building the personalization engine — making sure the score actually means something for each individual, not just pulling generic nutrition data and slapping a number on it. My process was simple: build fast, test on real foods, validate with real health conditions, iterate. FoodTrack is free. No paywalls on the core scoring feature.
