foodindex.co has two parts:
Food checker. One page per product, ingredient and additive. It answers vegan, keto, gluten-free, low-carb and more. It names the exact ingredient behind each answer and shows the real number next to the threshold. When the data can’t support an answer, it says so.
Recipe nutrition calculator. Write the recipe the way you’d write it on paper, like “300 g chicken, 1 cup rice, ½ tsp salt”. You get calories, protein, carbs, fat, fibre and sugar for each line, per serving and in total.
