I took Maya's Child Nutrition and Cooking course on Coursera (https://www.coursera.org/learn/c...). This is a really good course teaching you about child nutrition and home cooking.
The book here summarized and extended her methodology and recipes in the course. I strongly recommend all parents should take the course and read the book. Even if you don't have children yet, it is a great way to help you master your daily nutrition and meals.
