Nice CRM product and Thanks a lot for launching this product.

Greater attention Great product

Our needs are pretty basic. We want to be able to organize contacts, keep notes and set reminders for when to reach out. We've been Folk customers for quite a while and find it somewhat non-intuitive and have had some usability issues that haven't really been resolved (importing emails from the wrong account). So we're working around things, but there's lots of room for improvement. That said, we looked around at a lot of the other options in the marketplace, such as Attio, Hubspot, Pipedrive (which used to be great) and they're either expensive, have poor UX or suffer from feature bloat (ahem, Pipedrive). Folk is the best we've found, but no one we've ID'd has gotten it right.

Lightweight, easy-to-use CRM provided by people that go the extra mile in (custom) onboarding, friendly support via e-mail and proactively thinking with you about solutions for your sales challenges. Even when due to factors beyond my control we ended up choosing Pipedrive, Ginevra and Julien from Folk remained extremely friendly and professional in their communication with me

i like the idea to marry Notion with Airtable and Pipedrive

As someone who has built CRM features, Folk.app looks incredible. Feels like Airtable and Asana had a kid that was raised by Notion. Excited to put this to work.

It's not as intuitive as it should be. I don't like it's notifications.
