Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I'm Uroš, one of the makers behind SiteOps by FoldNine.
Every agency knows this message: "Hi, our website is down??" You find out from the client, then spend twenty minutes figuring out whether it's the server, DNS, an expired certificate or something else, before you can even reply properly.
We built SiteOps to flip that around.
What it does today:
→ Monitors availability, response time, SSL, DNS, APIs and broken links for every client site you look after
→ Opens an incident only after two consecutive failures, confirmed from a second location, so you get fewer false alarms
→ Keeps the evidence: status codes, headers, the certificate, where the time went
→ Separates facts (what was measured) from possible causes (clearly labelled as unverified), so you never forward a guess to a client as if it were the truth
→ Sends alerts via email, Slack, Telegram or webhook
→ Gives your clients read-only incident links and monthly reports
Honest note: we're in beta and don't have customer logos yet. Every feature on our site is marked as "available" or "planned", so nothing is oversold.
It's free during the beta, up to 50 websites per workspace. You can also try the free site check with no account: siteops.foldnine.dev/check
We'd love your feedback, especially: what's the first thing you check when a client says their site is down?
I'll be here all day answering every question. 🙌
