So this is the reader I built for myself: Page-flip mode: what fits on screen starts at the top, swipe to next. No infinite scroll, no losing your place mid-paragraph. Anchor emphasis: the first part of each content word is subtly bolded. NOT bionic reading. Mine skips stop words like "the" and "of" and caps the bold weight so it doesn't turn into noise. There's a 2022 CMU study on why standard bionic reading defaults actually slow you down. Read aloud with sync highlighting: tap Listen, the page reads to you while the current sentence is highlighted. Uses your browser's built-in voices. Free. Pause/resume keeps your spot. 15-minute pomodoros: ADHD research keeps landing on 10-15 min focused blocks. Default is 15, not 25. Pricing: 3 books free for life, then $4.99/month for unlimited.
