Stop distractions, stay focused, and make every minute count with Focus Timer. Whether you're studying, working, reading, coding, exercising, or meditating, Focus Timer helps you build lasting focus habits through simple time tracking and meaningful insights.
Unlike ordinary timers, Focus Timer introduces Focus Quotient (FQ)—your personal focus score that reflects your consistency and dedication. As you complete focus sessions, your Focus Quotient grows, helping you visualize your progress and stay motivated every day.
Your personal Focus Guide is always by your side, celebrating milestones, sharing motivational insights, and encouraging you to build stronger focus habits one session at a time.

Would love to see a way to link focus sessions to specific projects or goals, so the insights show which areas I actually spent the most deep work time on.

Does it sync across devices, or is the data locked to whatever phone or laptop I'm using when I start a session?

The minimalist interface here is genuinely well done, no clutter competing with the timer itself. Appreciate that the focus tracking feels like a natural extension rather than a bolted-on feature.

@mahir599566 thanks that was my goal, do try adding the widget on screen if you have not tried that. The widget also shows few motivational quotes that hopefully keep user motivated for long duration.
