The thing is is that app blockers, task trackers, and routine builders didn’t work for me. I found that this was because I have no internal motivation. I found that I work best in team environments, or when someone is strongly depending on me. This is when I realize that I need to have something or someone hold me to a level for me to best execute. I have been building FocusCoach for 2 weeks now, and as a life-long goal, I am hoping that my app will allow others to trust in themselves more and grow disciplinary behaviors to find their true benefits in life, building the goals and systems that they need.
