We built this because we kept seeing the same pattern across teams using AI agents: once the agent goes live, people have no idea why it behaves the way it does, whether it actually improves conversions, or where the costs are coming from. It felt wrong that teams were shipping agents but flying blind.
Flutch is our attempt to fix that – give teams proper visibility, testing, and analytics so AI agents can be treated like real products, not one-off experiments.
