Most freelancers pay for five separate tools: an invoicing app, a quote tool, a time tracker, a CRM and an e-signature service. Together, $60–100 a month. Flowzivo is all five in one tab for $8. Invoices and quotes with correct VAT and multi-currency, clients, time tracking, contracts you and your client sign in the browser, expenses, payment reminders and reports. No watermark on your documents. Export everything, any time. 30 days free, no card.

Hi Product Hunt 👋
I'm Mattia, I run a small fiduciary business in Ticino, Switzerland, and Flowzivo started as my own admin problem.
I was paying for an invoicing app, a separate quote tool, a time tracker, a CRM and an e-signature service. Five logins, five subscriptions, and my client data spread across five companies. Around $70 a month to do paperwork I did not enjoy in the first place.
So I built the thing I wanted: one workspace where a quote becomes an invoice in one click, logged hours become invoice lines, a contract gets signed in the browser, and reminders for unpaid invoices are already written for me.
Three decisions I would defend:
- $8 a month, flat. No per-client limits, no "premium" invoice templates, no paywall on the export button.
- No watermark. Your invoice carries your logo, not mine.
- Your data is yours. One button gives you a complete backup, and everything is readable outside my app. If I ever disappear, you keep working.
It handles VAT properly (including the Swiss and EU cases that broke the tools I tried), multi-currency with your own rates, quarterly VAT return figures, and a P&L your accountant will accept.
30 days free, no card needed.
I would honestly like to know: which of the five tools you pay for is the one you resent the most? That is the part I want to make better next.
