honestly the part about pausing for human approval and picking up right where it left off is what sold me, way more useful than another basic chatbot. ran a simple approval flow through web chat and it actually remembered the state

The pause-and-resume with state intact is genuinely useful, not just a buzzword feature. Plugging a flow into Teams and watching it hand off cleanly to a colleague mid-step was smoother than expected.

Handoffs, approvals and channel switches shouldn’t reset the work already done.

Real work isn’t fire-and-forget. It pauses, waits, hands off and resumes. The runtime should too.
