Flowline is an AI-powered day planner for iOS and macOS (Future) that builds a realistic schedule around your existing calendar. Instead of a growing to-do list, Flowline turns tasks into time blocks, shows a focused view of today, and helps you stay in flow with a built-in focus timer and stats. It optimise day/week plan with ur existing plans. Designed for everyone that have problems with planing or who just want an Apple-native planner that actually fits into their real day.

Hey Product Hunt!
I’m Danylo, a student software engineer from Zurich and the maker of Flowline. The idea came from my own chaos: I had a growing to‑do list, a busy calendar, and no realistic plan for “what exactly should I do today and when?”
Planning every day by hand was boring and time‑consuming, so I built an app that makes it almost effortless. Need to plan a whole month of similar weeks? That’s 1–2 clicks now. Want to add an important meeting or visit in a few seconds? Easy. Still want to use Google or Apple Calendar as your main calendar? No problem — you can sync your whole plan to them in a few seconds.
Flowline is an AI-powered day planner for iOS and macOS that builds a realistic schedule around your existing calendar, not against it:
it takes your tasks and turns them into time blocks in your day
respects your existing events instead of pretending you have unlimited free time
gives you a clean “Today” view so you always know what’s next
has a built-in focus timer, stats and streaks to keep you in flow
What makes Flowline different from other planners:
the AI doesn’t just generate a text “plan” — it actually distributes tasks into real time slots
it’s designed to feel like a native Apple app: fast, minimal, and distraction‑free
it’s built for people who want structure without spending an hour every morning planning manually
Flowline is still early and I’m actively improving the UX and adding features.
I’d really love your honest feedback:
what’s confusing in the onboarding or daily flow?
is the UI/UX good enough or what would you change?
is the AI “smart enough” for this price or what should it do better?
what integrations or views would make this your main planner?
how does the scheduling logic feel with your real calendar?
I’ll be online all day to answer questions, share the roadmap, and ship improvements based on your feedback 🙌
