Something that knew my to-dos, my energy, and actually helped me get in flow. Flow is a lightweight AI companion that chats with you throughout the day, tracks your focus and activity, and gives you helpful feedback to improve your productivity over time. No fancy dashboards or bloated features just a simple assistant that helps you work smarter by learning how you actually operate.
