Hey Product Hunt — I'm Chris, founder of FlooringFlow. I came at this from two directions at once: as a product and technology guy, and as the husband of a flooring store owner. From the sidelines, I watched the software options for independent flooring businesses shrink down to a few big platforms — and watched prices climb as competition disappeared, while small shops kept paying for complexity they never used. FlooringFlow is the alternative I wanted to exist: estimating, scheduling, installer coordination, and payments — the things a flooring business actually does every day — without the enterprise price tag or the bloat.
