I built Flonnix because a lot of businesses still don’t have a chat option at all, or they use chatbots that sound robotic and only work when you ask things a certain way. That’s a frustrating experience for visitors, and a lost opportunity for the business. Flonnix is different. It supports visitors by answering questions naturally based on your own content and documentation, and it can take action — like sending an email, showing a calendar link, or capturing a lead — without any manual effort. Setup is simple: add your documentation, customize the agent and just copy a script or use our WordPress plugin. What I’m most proud of is that Flonnix goes beyond basic Q&A.
