This app is a lifesaver for busy girls. I often lose track of my period dates and that makes me paranoid every time I get closer to my period. This literally lifted that additional headache. I now just log in the dates and it sends me timely reminders of my cycle. It also made it easy to track symptoms, flow, and irregular phases. Oh, and all of this is on the free version without ads so that's a major plus.

+ Does what is says, literally
- Not very convenient to put in the dates, the UX could have been better
- Too many ads, extra information, etc that get you lost in what you were supposed to do in the app. But I'm using a free version so it's understandable.
