I've been using Flixier for 6 months, I've noticed that the customer support is better, that was my main problem when I first started using Flixier, there was only a bot and my chats we're left unread.
The app itself is great, I don't have a good pc so it is a lifesaver for me. It's fast, simple and has some powerful tools, like the AI subtitle generation. It would be really great if it could include more powerful features, in some situations, before I edit in Flixier, I need to a little bit of work in another apps.
Flixier has a lot of room for improvement, they are on a good track and my team is very satisfied with it. It's really great for making ads.
The product does not work. I was not able to use it one single time because it is abysmally slow and support wont refund me because I “used” the product.
very nice and easy to use, I wish that when adding stock images or photos, they wouldn't just show you a random search, but show you a mix of things based on previous searches
Review of Flixier
Non-existent customer support! I deleted my account weeks ago and am still being billed. I sent multiple emails to customer support at this point and was completely ignored...
i just wanted to do a 1 hour loop out of a short video, everyone was saying its good to make 10 hour loops for free, but when i tried it said i have exceeded the maximum export time and i have to pay
Worst product I have ever used in my entire life. Please do not ever think of using that editor. What a waste of money and time!
Trash. In free and pay? It is like legal thievery. Tried make gif and nowhere find, how change time layout or delete emtpy time.

That doesn't sound right, Flixier is an excellent tool for gif creation, editing, and conversion (to and from video).
Since I don't have your full context, let me point you in the right direction.

This is not a company but a scam. Functionalities promised are fake. I asked for a refund and they charged my credit card again using my credit card details. Stay away from this website as far as you can and never provide your credit card details.
Update and answering the question below: Flixier confirmed crediting both amounts and cancel my account without any charges going forward, however after that my credit card was charged again by Flixier twice. I just mailed to credit those amounts as well and delete my credit card details.

Horrible customer service. Reasonably good product. I have done multiple attempts to connect with the support with zero success.
