Hey Product Hunt! 👋
I’m Roox, the creator of Flit.
Most property management tools out there fall into two categories: they’re either incredibly bloated legacy systems built in the early 2000s, or they’re flooded with unnecessary AI hype and gimmicks that don’t actually help landlords or managers run a real business.
I wanted to build something different—a high-performance, business-hardened real estate super-app focused on raw utility, speed, and seamless operations.
That’s why I built **Flit**.
It’s designed to be a fast, data-dense command center for managing entire portfolios. No artsy canvases or slow dashboards—just ultra-clean grids, live transactional tracking, and robust tools that actually keep your business moving.
### ⚡ What makes Flit different?
* **High-Density Dashboards:** Interactive floor plans, live cash-flow charting, and status matrices designed for instant readability.
* **Local & Global Payments:** Built from the ground up to support both Stripe and direct local integrations like M-Pesa STK push and payouts.
* **Complete Portfolio Control:** Everything from digital lease signing and document vaults to dynamic maintenance ticket lifecycles and utility trackers.
You can play around with the live app right now at: https://flitwebsell.netlify.app/
I would love to hear your thoughts! What features do you find most useful, and what should we build next to make property management even smoother?

honestly the rent ledger looks super clean but a tenant-facing portal where renters can view their balance, download receipts, and submit maintenance requests directly would save property managers a ton of back and forth emails. kind of a missing piece for scaling larger portfolios

The rent ledger view is genuinely satisfying to click through, clean without feeling empty. Liked that M-Pesa and Stripe are wired in properly instead of being roadmap promises.

Finally tried Flit after sitting on the waitlist for a while and the rent ledger actually feels built for real use, not just a pretty table to screenshot. Property setup took like four minutes and M-Pesa integration is a nice touch for the local market.

finally a real estate app that doesn't drown you in unnecessary features. the rent ledger view is super clean and made tracking payments across multiple units way easier than my old spreadsheet setup.
