honestly the rent ledger looks super clean but a tenant-facing portal where renters can view their balance, download receipts, and submit maintenance requests directly would save property managers a ton of back and forth emails. kind of a missing piece for scaling larger portfolios
The rent ledger view is genuinely satisfying to click through, clean without feeling empty. Liked that M-Pesa and Stripe are wired in properly instead of being roadmap promises.
Finally tried Flit after sitting on the waitlist for a while and the rent ledger actually feels built for real use, not just a pretty table to screenshot. Property setup took like four minutes and M-Pesa integration is a nice touch for the local market.
finally a real estate app that doesn't drown you in unnecessary features. the rent ledger view is super clean and made tracking payments across multiple units way easier than my old spreadsheet setup.
