What do you think? …

Hi all thanks for checking this out! Over the past 5 years, I've slowly built a huge list of flight deal notifications, deal scrapers, and mistake fare alerts. I love to travel and spend about an hour a day going over these deals and unfortunately I can't use many of them. So I figured I'd offer them to anyone who may not have an hour a day to look at flights!

@thisischrisbell This looks great! I think the only thing that makes me hesitant to subscribe is the opaque nature of the service. I know $2 a month is pretty low, and isn't much of a barrier, but if you showed one or 2 live deals from around the world on your homepage, it may prove that the service works. Also, as someone who really enjoys looking for and finding amazing flight deals, do you have any tips?

@samschooler Thanks for the feedback Sam! I did have some live deals on the preview page but since the deals are pretty fast moving, I'd end up having to update them every couple days and if I didn't update in time, it would look like I am listing fake deals. As far as finding deals, best thing you can do is be flexible in both your destination and your date. You'll never get the cheapest fare if you're looking to go to a certain city on a certain day. Part of the fun is finding the deal and then planning the trip from there. I never had Beijing on my must travel list but when I found a flight for under $600 I couldn't pass it up. As for actually finding them, the key is just putting in the time. I have notifications for when prices change on flights to different parts of the world. As you put in more time, you'll be able to filter out the bad with the good pretty quickly. Happy travels!
