I'm Kostiantyn, founder of Fleetika.
Most delivery operations run on the same duct-taped stack: a route planner in one tab, a driver app in another, a GPS tracker somewhere else, and paper delivery slips that go missing. Each tool works on its own. The money leaks in the gaps between them, where an order gets retyped, a status lives in someone's head, and a failed drop reaches the dispatcher only when the customer calls to complain.
