Flatren — Rental management for landlords and tenants. Create payment requests, collect rent online, and stay on top of every due date.
Would love to see a built-in maintenance request feature where tenants can submit issues with photos and landlords can track the status. Right now it seems focused only on payments, but combining rent collection and repair tracking in one place would make it a true all-in-one tool for landlords like me.

There is a feature in the “Records” section where either side can submit a “condition” record and asking for confirmation from the other side.
For example for a kitchen sink that s leaking, the tenant can create such a record, the landlord disputes/approves it, the tenant makes the repairs and creates a payment request which can be linked to the specified record.

Finally a rental tool that doesn't feel like enterprise software. The payment request flow took me about 30 seconds to set up and the due date tracking actually shows clearly who owes what.
